Laser Cut Framed Stencils

These solder paste stencils are designed for high volume screen printing on printed circuit boards. Laser Cut Aluminum Framed Stencils are permanently mounted in a stencil frame using a mesh border to tightly stretch the stencil foil taut in the frame. All of our laser cut stencils provide optimum solder paste volume control with smooth aperture walls offering the best paste release characteristics available for high volume screen printing on printed circuit boards, They are frequently used for fine pitch technology 16 Mil pitch and below and for Micro BGA”s  SMT applications on printed circuit boards. Frameless Stencils are significant less expensive than aluminum framed stencils and reduce storage space requirements. They are use for production and PCB prototype assembly.
